We walk the property with you
Before anything gets wet we count the panes, note the stories, look at screen condition, and flag any staining or failed seals. This is also when we point out what cleaning cannot fix. A fogged double pane is a broken seal, not dirt.
The filtration system is set up
We connect to your outside spigot and run the water through the three stage filter. The output is tested before we start, because water that is not fully deionized will spot as it dries.
Beds, furniture, and walkways get protected
Anything sitting under a window gets moved or covered. We work around plantings rather than through them.
Screens come out and get tagged
Screens are removed and kept in order so every one goes back into the opening it came from. Screens that are mismatched on reinstallation never sit right again.

How many stories

Screen count and condition
